Larry came to Land O’Lakes, Inc. in 2008 as a business development manager, assisting cooperatives by offering Land O’Lakes corporate products and services. As an active member of the Land O’Lakes corporate board for 20 years, and serving as vice chairman for 14 of those years, Larry has developed a lifetime of knowledge in the ag retail business. His extensive background and insights, including holding the position of general manager for nearly 30 years at a local cooperative in Wisconsin, make him stand out as an expert in identifying and hiring high-performing executive talent.

Larry earned his B.S. at the University of Wisconsin, River Falls. He graduated magna cum laude and went on to earn a M.S. in management at Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee, WI.  Numerous  achievements dot Larry’s background, including the Cooperative Builder Award from Cooperative Network in 2003.  This lifetime achievement award recognizes excellence throughout cooperatives in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
